Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Dazz Drones mobile application or website (“Dazz Drones App & Web”). By accessing or using any part of the Dazz Drones App & Web, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1.1: Dazz Drones App & Web allows users to book professional drone shoot services delivered by certified drone pilots. By making a booking, you enter into a direct service agreement with Dazz Drones.

1.2: All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation via email or WhatsApp from Dazz Drones.

1.3: Any extension of time or request for additional services will incur extra charges.

2.1: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.

2.2: Refunds for cancellations or dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.3: Dazz Drones reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time, without any liability or obligation for compensation, as no payment is taken in advance. Clients will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternate pilot where possible.

3.1: All footage, images, and content captured during the shoot remain the property of Dazz Drones until full payment (including any applicable editing charges) is received.

3.2: After payment is completed, the client has full rights to use the content as needed.

By using the Dazz Drones App & Web, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be managed responsibly and securely.

5.1: Editing services are optional and subject to additional charges.

5.2: Editing may be performed by Dazz Drones or its approved partner companies and may require additional processing time.

6.1: Dazz Drones is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or legal complications that may arise during the drone shoot.

6.2: In the event of legal or police interference at the shooting location, the customer is solely responsible for handling the situation. Dazz Drones and its drone pilots will not be held liable.

6.3: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure one designated point-of-contact is present at the shoot location at all times.

7.1: Dazz Drones does not collect any advance payment through the App or Website at the time of booking.

7.2: All payments are to be made at the shoot location, during or immediately after the shoot is completed. The assigned drone pilot will coordinate with the client on-site for the payment process.

7.3: In cases where the client is not physically present at the shoot location, a digital quotation and secure payment link will be shared by our support team via email or WhatsApp. The payment must be completed within the specified timeline to receive the final deliverables.

7.4: All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes and reflect the agreed scope of work.

7.5: Dazz Drones reserves the right to withhold delivery of any content until full payment is received.

Dazz Drones reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the latest version available on the Dazz Drones App & Web.
